The City of Bath is within easy walking distance, crossing Victoria Park and passing below the Royal Crescent. The City offers visitors many attractions including the Roman Baths and a host of museums, art galleries and collections. The famous Bath Spa complexe (Britain's only natural thermal waters) is now open offering a full range of luxury treatments.

Bath also provides excellent shopping with many independent traders, a wide range of restaurants suiting all tastes, a multiplex cinema complex, and the renowned Theatre Royal and Ustinov Theatre.

Sporting facilities within walking distance include two tennis clubs, a bowls green, a crazy golf course and a 18 hole pitch & put course. Two full length golf courses are within a 10 minute car journey. Bath is the home of a Rugby team of first class international standing.

 The apartment is particularly well located for many kinds of national trails, such as the Cotswold Way and the Ridgeway Path. The Kennet & Avon canal and the off-road cycle paths that circle and interconnect around Bristol are minutes away.

The stone circles of Stonehenge and Avebury, the cathedrals of Wells, Salisbury and Gloucester as well as the Tor at Glastonbury, the Westonbirt Arboretum, the Cheddar Gorge and Longleat House & Wildlife Park are all within 60 minutes drive.
